Bellum AI Registry

Bellum AI Registry is the schema intelligence layer for Nexus One.
It scans installed modules, technical Odoo models, fields, relationships,
security metadata, and optional ai/ai_manifest.json files so Bellum can
understand what each module does before using it.

Core rule:
Installed in Nexus One does not automatically mean usable by Bellum.
A module should become Bellum-ready only after its models, fields,
relationships, safe actions, approval-required actions, risks, and examples
are registered and reviewed.
